" A global leader in business and technology services

Role: Technical Incident Manager

Location: Philadelphia - PA

Type: Contract

Strong domain expertise handling Billing , Order Management , Payments execution flows . In addition to this should have

deep technical understanding of components involved in this flow so you can generate reports etc for consumption by various business teams. With that being said needs to be

proficient in Problem management - analyzing problem statements , identifying solutions by working with teams and stakeholders and driving the solution to completion.

Experience required : 8+

Incident Management / Problem ManagementResponsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the processDrive and track incidents through E2E systems .Prepare improvement plan and actions based on production occurrencesProduction hardening items handling – starting from scope to design and deploymentDeep drive of all P2/P2’s RCA and implementing action items from RCA.Nonproduction feature handling starting from solution, effort and deploymentTroubleshooting production incidents as and when requiredTech Stack and Other Skills - In Depth knowledge requiredJava, Python, MQ Cloud foundry/PCF, AWSExperience with systems running multi data centerKafka , queuingPostman, Soap APIRabbit MQ, MySQL, OracleTicketing systems – Remedy , Octane, Rally etc.Domain: Cable, wireless and wireline industry – Ordering, Billing, Network Provisioning ; NA Port in/ Port Out knowledge; Usages guiding and rating; Collection and Payment industry knowledge etc.Contact Rekha -
