Provides technical, logistical, and administrative support to the Engineering Production for the efficient and cost-effective management of large-scale construction/production work on the right of way. Work in both the office and in the field in all types of weather conditions to support a 24/7 operation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Oversight of numerous work activities. Assists in the planning and execution of projects to meet the defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Efficiently plan work and allocate resources to ensure timely accomplishment of tasks.

Assist in the planning, procurement and tracking of all materials.

Assist in the development of Site-Specific Safety Work Plans and Emergency Response Plans.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.

Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate/graduate in Civil Engineering with an interest in Field and Heavy Construction

Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum.

Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higherPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.

Must be actively pursuing a graduate in Engineering

2 years of academic undergraduate studies completed or a Junior Status.COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Must have excellent oral and written communication skillsThe hourly range is $17.50 per hour - $35.00 per hour.
