Sr. Tester /Test Analyst

Job Description Job Title: Sr. Tester /Test Analyst Job Location : Philadelphia, PA Duration : Long Term Contract Client is looking for a Sr. Tester /Test Analyst to assess software quality through manual testing. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare domain and technical experts in the team including expertise with claims testing. Should be able to work in a lead capacity on need basis. Responsibilities : Should be able to work in a lead capacity as well as individual contributor on need basis. Coordinate testing activities for offshore for the testing track involved Review of software requirements Preparation of test cases Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the accepted standards Execution of tests Reporting of defects Record and document results and compare to expected results Preparation of test reports Requirements 4-8 years of Functional Testing experience. Experience in Healthcare domain is really good to have Beginner level skillset in Test Automation (Selenium) Hands on experience in Test management Tool - VSTS - AzureDevOps Preparing industry-standard test case, result execution & testing result reporting mechanism Should possess attention to details Proficiency in document and report writing Ability to work in a team and also lead the offshore testing activities Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle Logical and critical thinking skills Proficiency with Agile Development software Should be flexible to meet daily scrum meetings and team deliverable needs.
