DescriptionWorking under the direction of the Director, Clinical Research, the Project Manager (SPM) will be responsible for overall management of all projects including liaising between the funder and the project team for oncology clinical trials management by the organization. Coordinates the efforts of all project teams to ensure that all projects as defined in the contract are occurring on schedule and within budget.
Assists Sr. Director in Clinical Trial Management
Review contract, protocol, budget and CRFs
Coordinates and oversees the development of project teams including Data Management, Regulatory, Monitoring, and Clinical Supplies
Assures all project tasks are performed per SOPs
Provides mentoring and training to junior staff including PMs, Associate PMs, and CRAs
Provides information to the Director and Vice President for proposals for new contract bids, including projected resource allocation for project management time, number of monitors, and monitoring time
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
SOCRA preferred
At least 10 years of Oncology Clinical Research Management experience (CRO or Pharma experience)
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plan.
