We understand a lot of candidates may not have that React Native experience, however we are willing to look at people who are very strong in iOS or Android and have shown growth and learning in those areas. If they demonstrate that, and are willing to learn .Net along the way we feel that can fit in with the team. In summary: React Native Experience (First priority if little experience here then experience with iOS or Android Native is required. Backend service experience (Java or .Net is fine) is a BIG PLUS. 1) Where are we in the Mobile app stage? beginning? PS: we are in the beginning stages where a third party developer is doing the initial development 2) Do you need a user interface only candidate with mobile app exp, or a candidate that is full stack with UI to the back end. Or, is this the entire architect beginning to the end? PS: Someone with mostly user interface experience, but they should be experienced connecting to back office systems. We will have other developers do the back office work, but the candidate should know how to connect to the backoffice and make the communication robust (I.e. deal with loss of connectivity). 3) What is the specific project initiative(s) would the resource be working on.? PS: This is part of the DCT project (Decentralized clinical trials) where we have a mobile app which will connect to third party vendor app to perform some action and then have our app communicate back to our back office with any data that was collected. 4) Is this native mobile development? There will be some, but the majority will be coded in React Native 5) If the candidate is an iOS developer, will it be Objective-C or Swift (or anything else)? The native parts are currently written in swift, but the react native code is written in javascript 6) If the candidate is an Android developer, will it be Kotlin, Java, or C (or anything else)?
