The work we do here matters.Department OverviewThe Software Sales Enablement and GTM team promotes sales growth and business alignment for Command Center software offerings. A key function within the organization is managing the overall development and implementation of sales enablement initiatives to enhance sales performance, increase revenue growth, and drive best practices within the North America sales organization.Job Description

The Software Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. The role will require a strong partnership with the software sales team, marketing and product management to help evaluate business opportunities that can help optimize onboarding, training and development, and internal content management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and go-to-market initiativesPartner with sales reps to determine enablement priorities for software including, but not limited, to PremierOne, Flex, Rave, CommandCentral, CAPE, and VESTAServe as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teamsProvide effective onboarding and training for sales representatives and supporting teams, ensuring deep understanding of software products/services, target market, sales methodology, processes, and ongoing learningCoordinate educational content and manage the lifecycle of existing and new collateral (selling guides, sales scripts, organizations updates, Sales Scoop submissions, and other)Manage go-to-market projects for Command Center Software including feature releases, EOS announcements/migrations, and all other requests driving ecosystem expansion with existing customersQualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business, or a related field2+ years of experience insalesenablement or sales; experience in the software industry a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation and training skillsIdeal candidate should be driven, results-oriented, and have a strong desire to helpsalesteams succeedA strong communicator and able to build relationships withsalesteams, managers, and other stakeholders#LI-MM1Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree2+ years of experience insalesenablement or salesTravel RequirementsUnder 25%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanNoOur U.S.Benefitsinclude:
