Provide professional services to patients and families, including assessment of psychosocial functioning, counseling for care planning and decision-making, social work treatment, and community resource planning.This is a part-time role (24 hours weekly) and will support the Healthy Weight Department.CHOP's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
