Server (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic, service-minded ambassador for the Part-Time Server position.Candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests in our Liberte` Lounge restaurant. S/He will explain the menu, take food and beverage orders and serve food and beverages.Candidate will perform duties according to Sofitel and AAA 4-Diamond standards, maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings; to include ingredients, preparation method, and presentation. Candidate will train as a server for Chez Colette and Liberte`.Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests’ needs. Take initiative to connect with guests, inquire about their experience, and ensure their satisfaction.  Be empowered to lead operations and address guest feedback
