Senior Product Manager Napkin and TabletopAbout the Role

The Senior Product Manager Tabletop is responsible for developing & implementing the PH product strategy in Region North America (USA & Canada) and executing the tactical plans based on priority segments. The role is responsible for the management of the product assortment "Tabletop" at the local level. Within the Product Marketing team, you will drive and execute assortment strategies that build value focusing on: launch excellence, product portfolio management, and assortment optimization.The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA.What You Will Do

As subject matter expert for the assigned category, provide regional product support to customer marketing, segment marketing, brand management, customer service, sales, and E-comm by conducting internal training, providing input to newsletters, defining spearhead offers, and evaluating product information for tenders.

Owns the regional Phase-In, Phase-Out (PIPO) process resulting from product changes and launches including coordination with sales, customer service, product supply, production planning, and revenue management.

Manage different stakeholders (sales, finance, commercial, operations, product supply, innovation, e-commerce) while being the go-to person for the category in North America. This position is the driver for the product strategy while identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization.

Lead regional market execution of product launches & launch follow-up. Track, follow up and report out on regional key performance indicators (KPI) working with key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of regional product financial targets.

As assortment expert, responsible for all product specifications including SAP article set up, data activation and deactivation, packaging specifications, artwork, coordination of complaint handling and regulatory compliance certifications.

Perform assortment optimization tasks and translate them into business unit or development-driven life cycle management projects.

Strong leadership and team skills. This person has two direct reports and is responsible for providing the guidance, strategic vision, and the development of the tabletop team in North America.

University Degree or equivalent

The individual must be comfortable operating in a matrix organization, dealing with ambiguity, and proactively engaging with the key stakeholders.

5+ years experience in a product or related marketing role. Deep functional knowledge in the product category Tabletop and/or HoReCa segment is a plus

Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding

Experienced in effectively executing product/marketing plans, engaging cross-functional stakeholders

Strong leadership skills
