Position: Senior Backend DeveloperLocation: Wayne, PA (100% Remote)Description of work to be performed:Develop features end to end and improve radian products in a secure, and performant way and standards. Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (backend, etc.) to iterate on new features. Write code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review. Learn, collaborate, and teach other Software Engineers. Identify areas of improvements in the code base, both specific to the group and outside group (component library) and help contribute to making it better. Responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized, secure, and performant code for the value benefit of Radian and our customers.Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field and 8 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree related experience. The position also requires 7 years of experience with AngularJS/Angular (1.x-13.x); 1 year of experience with React; 8 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; 5 years of experience with Nodejs; 3 years of experience with Java; 2 years of experience with .NET; 8 years of experience with git and CI/CD; 8 years of experience with web application development; 8 years of experience on demonstrating capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions; 8 years of experience on solid understanding of relational data and/or non-relational models. 100% Telecommuting permitted. <10% travel required.
