You will collaborate with all leadership in order to meet the company's objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.Job Salary RangeThis role offers a starting base salary of $190,000 per year, plus eligibility for a quarterly commission based on the sales performance of the Territory Managers you oversee.Job LocationThis role will be remote and will be responsible for the northeast sales territory of Respicardia. The major areas we are recruiting in include: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, DC, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.Essential Functions

Recruit, manage, and motivate a high performing team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors

Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals

Maintain technical expertise on the remed System and subject matter expertise on all aspects of relevant reimbursement (coverage, payment, appeals, etc.)

Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership to clearly articulate the value proposition associated with opening a program to treat CSA with the remed System

Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by helping to set corporate goals, creating compensation plans/programs, and participating as the sales representative on cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, clinical affairs, etc.)

Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever changing schedule

Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities

Maintain and monitor team workload, performance, and quality

Assess and manage direct reports' learning and development opportunities

Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews with recommendations for compensation changes, promotions, and disciplinary action as appropriate

Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and retention of highly engaged and diverse employees

Set a professional example in alignment with ZOLL's Leadership QualitiesRequired/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required and

Advanced Degree preferred

10+ years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company required and

5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writingTravel Requirements
