You will provide oversight to a Quality Assurance program for core maintenance activities such as shoulder cutting, paving, seal coat, pipe replacement, trench restoration, manual patching, crack sealing, and mechanized repair. Additionally, you will assist field staff in a designated region to implement these activities by reviewing, approving, and processing Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews and use your findings to development improvements in these review processes.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office.

Position will be located at DOT office closest to employee's current location, dependent upon available space.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of experience as a Roadway Programs Manger 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

Three years of professional or managerial experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques in a roadway maintenance management system including one year in a supervisory capacity and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a civil engineering related discipline; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

This particular position also requires a valid driver license.
