Over the course of this partnership, you'll be part of a team that is tasked with improving the timeliness and performance of Alpha implementations, designing the future state of Alpha Implementations, and identifying ways to perform implementations better, faster and cheaper.
Update and maintain the program project plan, gap/issue tracker, and RAID log
Create internal and external program status reports
Initiate issue escalation according to governance mechanisms
Attend program meetings and document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and takeaways
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
3+ years Project management coordination experience
Experience working with banking and financial services clients
Excellent communication and reporting experience
Documentation and materials development experience
Team leadership and mentoring
Experience using MS Office/Teams
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
