Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Project Assistant role involves assisting with various project related tasks in a unique and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Facilitate customer registration during peak hours, ensuring efficient processing and customer satisfaction Utilize iPads for customer registration, including data entry of customer last names and printing of badges Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding the summit Manage timelines effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframe Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to carry out administrative tasks and maintain customer records Organize and manage files effectively to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of information Perform scanning and shipping functions as required Communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clear and concise information is relayed.Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to manage timelines effectively Experience in data entry Strong organizational skills, particularly in file management Familiarity with shipping functions Experience in scanning documents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proactive and problem-solving attitude.Please contact Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 and reference Job #03720-0013076994Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
