General Job Description: This is technical procurement work of limited scope and difficulty in a central procurement agency or in the Department of Aviation. An employee in this class develops purchasing specifications, purchases an assigned group of commodities, manages bids and contracts for services, supplies, and equipment (SS&E) or public works construction, or develops, modifies, and monitors contract processing procedures for professional services. Work includes working independently on less complex assignments, participating with higher level Procurement Specialists to facilitate the purchasing of commodities, construction contracts, or professional services contracts.The Requirements are as follows:1.EDUCATION:
Completion of a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.AND
2.GENERALEXPERIENCE:
