Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a diligent Project Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing orders provided by our partners, acting as a liaison between various teams, and ensuring high customer service standards. The Project Coordinator will also handle data entry tasks and should be able to multitask effectively.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee orders provided by contracted selling partners. Input orders into the system and ensure they are seen through to completion. Serve as a liaison between our authorized selling partners and internal teams. Maintain high customer service standards and effectively address customer inquiries. Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. Balance multiple responsibilities and tasks to ensure efficient operations. Work flexibly across various working hours to meet business needs. Maintain attention to detail in all activities and tasks. Collaborate with the team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Apply knowledge of telecom industry practices, where applicable, to daily tasks. Requirements Proven experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with partners and internal teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels. Sales skills and an understanding of sales principles, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell. Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with office functions and administrative procedures. Experience in providing workstation support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Ability to act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient project flow. Experience working with partners, demonstrating an ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Demonstrated ability in selling products or services. Knowledge of Telecom industry would be advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, fostering a cooperative work environment.
