SummaryThe Office Excellence Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the quality of Office Operations Management services and delivery, as well as driving service improvements.ResponsibilitiesProvide office support services to departments within Evolution Gaming.Maintains and implements unified policies and procedures for document workflow, different kinds of registers and visitor handling. Makes efforts to optimize process workflows efficiently using technology.Collaborate with and supervise cleaning company to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.Check and ensure that coffee, vending machines, and other office equipment are in working condition, arrange technical maintenance as needed.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelinesOversee construction projects, furniture inventory, and maintenanceMaintain the documentation for Office Operations management, so it brings maximum efficiency during the use.Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs via ticketing system.Review and offer the office operations improvement plan for locations that are supported by Office Operations Management.Review, Design, maintain and implement policies and procedures for document workflow.Develop a system of Office Management KPIs and performance metrics, analyze the trends and the underlying root-causes to adjust department performance – comparing all offices that are supported by Office Operation Management.Manage internal communication pages.Pre-approve all office-related orders and invoices.Is responsible for following and tracking the budgets that are assigned to the projects or tasks for the department. Inform direct manager in advance about the risks of not being in line with budget.Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which is related to this position and meets the qualificationsAddress customer complaints or issues.Explore and address long-term internal client needs.Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects as necessary.Ability to act as a backup for local Office Management team on leave, vacation, and absences.Travel to offices that are supported by Office Operation Management if necessary.
