The Nutrition Project Manager at the Drexel Food Lab has a key role in managing a portfolio of behavioral, nutritional and therapeutic food related research, both grant-funded and industry-sponsored.
Essential Functions
Conduct user experience research on early allergen introduction and other nutrition projects.
Develop resource library of early allergen introduction guidance as well as other evidence-based dietary guidance.
Manage projects of Drexel Food Lab including timeline, budget, student and per diem staff.
Prepare proposals for business development.
Prepare reports for Drexel Food Lab projects. Manage lab calendar and space.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nutrition or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

1+ years of experience in research, food product development, and project management
Preferred Qualifications
Registered dietician preferred.

Additional Information
This position is classified as exempt, grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from $54,630 - $81,940. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
