Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst situated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be chiefly responsible for providing AV/IT support in conference rooms, installing and configuring software and hardware, and collaborating with other professionals to maintain the standard and functionality of meeting spaces. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Offer advice on the most appropriate AV/IT choices for guests in conference rooms. Provide conference room AV support for executive-level meetings. Monitor AV systems and technology performance. Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs when necessary. Collaborate with external vendors and integrators to troubleshoot and fix advanced issues. Maintain communication with AV/IT support staff and leadership on updates and issues regarding conference room technology. Work alongside other AV/IT professionals to uphold the standards and functionality of meeting spaces. Install and configure software, hardware, video cables, wireless presentation systems, management suites, etc. Respect and promote inclusion and diversity within the team. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Desktop Support and User Support roles. Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication. Proficiency in providing Workstation Support and Deskside Support. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware and Wireless technologies. Experience with cable installation and providing technical support. Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings. Significant experience in collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors. Leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of Consulting with stakeholders. Ability to support C-Suite executives and manage Conference Rooms. Background in Computer Sciences or a related field. Regular and punctual attendance is a must. Knowledge of video technologies would be advantageous. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
