Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Network Engineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, security, and effective performance of our client's computing infrastructure and network systems. Responsibilities: Administer network and system protocols, ensuring the security and efficient performance of client's computing infrastructure Utilize your knowledge of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Technologies to bolster our network systems Apply troubleshooting techniques for complex computer systems, including multiple WAN/LAN network operating domains, server, and storage hardware Monitor and maintain web and windows-based software applications within networked computer operating systems Oversee and manage networked computer system environments and device capabilities Ensure maintenance standards for network operating systems, servers, and other software applications unique to various departments Utilize AB Testing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management skills to enhance data center operations Analyze and resolve problems related to network administration, system administration, and security procedures. Requirements Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is essential. Demonstrable experience with Checkpoint technologies. Skilled in operating and maintaining Cisco ASA. Extensive knowledge of Cisco Routers. Familiarity with various Cisco Technologies. Experience with AB Testing techniques. Proficient in Backup Technologies. Strong understanding of Computer Hardware. Experience in Configuration Management. Knowledge and experience in managing Datacenter operations.
