You can help us achieve our vision to lead nationally in innovating equitable whole-person health.The Marketing Solutions Manager drives sales and retention of Independence Blue Cross (IBX) and Third-Party Administration (TPA) products with innovative and compelling narratives, strategies and content that engages the B2B market segment. Develop and implement marketing plans supported by strong brand strategies, integrated campaigns, differentiated messaging, and marketing materials that promote awareness, adoption, and sales of IBX and TPA solutions.Responsibilities:

1. Propose and develop product positioning, branding, messaging and marketing strategies for products and capabilities marketed to B2B audiences.

2. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of carriers, TPAs, key health care drivers, issues and players in market, as well as customer needs and business trends.

3. Develop detailed marketing plans and editorial calendars to inform product launches and promotional and marketing campaigns. Create presentations, plans, and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to the broader organization.

4. Write copy, create presentations, develop marketing content, present to a wide variety of audiences, leverage print and digital channels, plan and execute campaigns, and consult with product managers and capability leads.

5. Leverage social media channels for B2B audiences; continually evolve and expand social content and promotions based on emerging trends and needs.

6. Collect and evaluate market research and trends to inform product positioning, branding, and messaging.

8. Collaborate with creative services and marketing peers on design and production of marketing materials and distribution channels.

9. Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners and a deep understanding of company's health care plans, programs, and products.

10.Help mentor and lead other team members to help them develop marketing expertise.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

8+ years of marketing, communications, health care or related experience.

Deep knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices and channels as well as the group employer insurance market.

Prior health insurance carrier, TPA, or health care industry required.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable and experienced in presenting content to both internal and external audiences.

Ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

8+ years of marketing, communications, health care or related experience.

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.Must have an Android or iOS device which is compatible with the free Mi rosoft Authenticator appIndependence has implemented a "Hybrid" model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the "Hybrid" model.
