Our client is a well-known producer of food products. Due to growth seeking Maintenance Technicians to join the Maintenance staff. Primary duties include:
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance as well as installations, modifications and removal of production equipment
Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with SOP's and OSHA
Provide status and updates of equipment
Position reports to shift Maintenance SupervisorIdeal candidates for Maintenance Technician will possess the following
Associate degree in Electro-technology or similar. Will consider military (technician) training and vocational/trade schooling
3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of PLC's
Knowledge of GMP
