Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal in the legal industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is a key part of our team, focusing on managing catastrophic personal injury cases and assisting in trial preparation. The position involves a hybrid work model, combining both office-based and remote work.Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of catastrophic personal injury cases. Craft and scrutinize discovery requests, pleadings, and motions. Perform comprehensive legal research and arrange necessary case documents. Establish and maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and medical experts. Provide crucial support during trials including on-site assistance. Keep case files and billing records updated and accurate. Utilize case management software and legal research tools effectively. Leverage skills in Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Litigation Paralegal, and Medical Malpractice.
