This position is on-site out of our Philadelphia Corporate Office.Hourly Range: $19.00 - $21.00Are you a college student obtaining a Bachelors or Masters Degree in healthcare, project management, or operations management? Maintain accurate documentation and records of all assigned projects
Observe operations and identify areas of learning opportunities
Review workflow activities
Work with managers and leaders on projects, observe and learn project management skills
Assist Operations supervisor in review of daily performance metrics
Work with Operations manager to perform a variety of tasks that support Organizational needs
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedIdeally you will have/be:
A High School diploma or equivalent/combined education
Actively studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field i.e. healthcare, project management, operations management
Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service, organization and computer skills
An ability to utilize proper telephone etiquette and scheduling skills
An ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
An ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Working knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of web-based and electronic communications
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A desire to learn
Solid analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; as well as ability to process analytics

Level I = Freshman/Sophomore: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly
Level II = Junior/Senior: $24.23 - $26.78 hourly
Level III= Masters/JD/PhD: $29.31- $32.39 hourly
