Human Resource Generalist

Description We are in search of a diligent Human Resource Generalist to become a part of our team in the real estate and property management industry. As a Human Resource Generalist, this role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and involves managing various human resources tasks such as coordinating talent acquisition processes, onboarding new hires, and handling employee relations. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. What you get to do every single day: Oversee the maintenance of ADP WFN HRIS/ATS systems. Play a crucial role in coordinating talent acquisition processes, although the role is not heavily focused on recruiting Efficiently handle the onboarding of new hires, including the provision of offer letters and conducting pre-employment screenings. Organize orientations for new employees and review benefits. Coordinate online and on-site training with hiring managers. Manage employee personnel files meticulously. Address employee inquiries promptly and efficiently. Conduct employee relations meetings and facilitate conflict resolution. Carry out employee investigations when necessary. Execute offboarding tasks including exit interviews and termination walkthroughs. Undertake additional HR-related tasks and projects as required.Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is preferred. Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software. Demonstrated knowledge of benefit functions and processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Strong abilities in managing employee relations.
