Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role operates within the industry, focusing on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be a crucial member of our team, providing technical support, managing system configurations, and helping with hardware deployments. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Android Development, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Handle system configurations and deployments, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Utilize Cisco and Citrix Technologies to manage and resolve any network related issues. Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Work with EO/IR systems, providing support and managing any system issues. Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions. Provide support for Apple Devices, troubleshooting any issues and managing device configurations. Handle computer hardware issues, identifying problems and implementing solutions. Manage configuration management processes, ensuring systems are consistently configured and maintained. Oversee deployments, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
