Initiate quality improvement measures in partnership with the program manager. Oversee the TFA process and work closely with finance to ensure efficient and accurate processing of participant financial requests. Perform data analysis to identify trends, proactively mitigate potential risks, and enhance program effectiveness. Offer expert advice and training to program staff on best practices in case documentation, compliance, and ethical conduct. Engage actively in internal and external meetings and events, representing the program and organization professionally. Carry out additional program-related tasks as assigned by the program manager or senior management. Supervise program client intake compliance from the initial engagement through the client’s successful discharge from the program. Maintain, gather, and report on program data in line with all federal, state, and local regulatory compliance requirements. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. Must have experience with Confluence. Proficiency in CRM is necessary. Crystal Reports knowledge is a must. Must possess a deep understanding of Accounting Functions. Auditing experience is necessary. Familiarity with Benefit Functions is crucial. Must have experience with Budget Processes. Proficiency in handling Cash Activity is required. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
