Job DetailsDescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Work to ensure that everyone inside the Yard, own as well as subcontractors, are safe and are performing their work in accordance with our CORE principles

Ensure that all HPSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met

Create a financial strategy

Ensure financial policy operation is followed

Establish a mid- to long-term financial plan

Perform annual financial analysis and evaluation

Communicate with headquarters (HQ) regarding business plans and strategies

Prepare budgets

Ensure budget plans are being followed

Write internal management evaluation performance report

Perform other finance related work

Perform other duties as required and assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTYThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.EDUCATION AND EXPEREIENCE

5+ years' experience in financial planning activities

Fluent in Korean

Experience working with expatriates is a plus but not required
