ERP/CRM Consultant

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Netsuite Consultant. You will be working in the industry, focusing on Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. As our ERP/CRM Consultant, your role will be key in supporting our team and users, implementing projects, and ensuring efficient functioning of our systems. For consideration, please apply and contact Abigail Fox.Responsibilities: Administering and supporting NetSuite, Coupa, and other relevant platforms Assisting in the implementation of the Zip procurement project Providing day-to-day system support and addressing user inquiries Conducting training sessions for users to enhance their system understanding and usage Developing and maintaining reports using Suite Analytics and Saved Searches Managing Jira support tickets and addressing system issues promptly Collaborating in automating processes and reducing dependency on journal entries Ensuring SOX Compliance and developing necessary reports Participating in the customization of workflows and roles to enhance system efficiency Assisting in the backlog of projects and process documentations.Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in managing business processes Proven experience with CRM systems, including implementation and troubleshooting Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, with a strong understanding of the key components and their integration Solid understanding of Business Process Functions and their role in streamlining operations Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents that accurately capture client needs and expectations Experience with Configuration Management, including system setup and maintenance.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
