Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Employment Relations Partner to join our Human Resources Team! Partnering with business leaders and employees, you will serve as a business partner managing ER casework and supporting resolution of challenging workplace matters. You will ensure a fair and consistent process through application of Clarivate's policies and practices. A true analytical leader for your business segment, you will evaluate and socialize ER trends proactively, and provide sound advice and guidance to the business and broader HR team.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline

5 years of experience in Human Resources; 3 years directly supporting in an Employee Relations capacity

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and statutes that govern employment policies and practicesIt would be great if you also had

Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline

Professional in Human Resources certification preferredWhat will you be doing in this role?

Partner with business leaders and colleagues to provide guidance and resolution in workplace matters

Consult with business leaders on interpretation and application of corporate policies, practices and applicable laws and regulations

Field colleague complaints and concerns and conduct basic workplace investigations as required

Communicate regularly with the business leaders regarding investigations and on the appropriate corrective actions as required

Recognize risk factors and apply appropriate employment laws and regulations to colleague matters

Assist with employment relations work stream for organizational changes such as redundancies or realignments

Assist business leaders and colleagues with leave and accommodation administration

Maintain thorough documentation of workplace matters

Assist with creating and maintaining team processes and proceduresAbout the Team
