This individual will support the quality life cycle from demand management, early project initiation and planning through warranty completion and transition to support. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This role can sit in NJ, NY, LI, Philadelphia, or FL, with flexibility to work remotely some of the time with the expectation of some travel.This individual will have the opportunity to craft our Demand Management and Project approach, influence Agile practices, and lead project managers to support high quality delivery of innovative and strategic solutions. The ability to plan, execute effectively, and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet EAG's enterprise project quality standards.

Develops a process for opportunity identification, documenting the demand, and leading a group to technology leaders to a demand approval process

Technology Leads and facilitates portfolio planning, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, prioritization, and performance reporting

Directs project teams to define project scope, project requirements, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Understands, evaluates, and manages risks to the portfolio with standardized communication, reporting and escalation for resolution to project sponsors and leadership team

Develops and maintains resource utilization and forecasting model

Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the organization's vision, business plans and key business drivers by collaborating with the leadership team on a regular basis

Facilitates the preparation of cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects, monitor the progress, cost, and success of current initiatives, and conduct post implementation reviews with project teams

Leads the development, administration, and measure of project management and business analysis standards, best practices, processes, and procedures

Proven track record of delivering enterprise scale projects on time and within budget, meeting client expectations and business objectives

Possesses the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position operational discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels

Is a change agen with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Excels at strategic planning and decision making

Builds and leads successful teams including staffing, coaching, and mentoring Has the ability to lead multiple projects effectively

Leads through vision and values

Basic Qualifications

5+ years leading IT demand management

10+ years of project and program experience

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

Preferred/Desired Qualifications Project Management Certification preferred Experience with industry project management toolsets (ms project, smartsheets, etc.) Experience in the Professional Services and or accounting firm industry MBA or Master's degree

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently

Proven leadership skills with experience working with a high degree of ambiguity

Demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment

Track record of managing cross functional teams, and experience with managing multiple projects at once

Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align on a shared vision, across teams, departments, as well as titles (from admins to senior executives)
