If so, then we want to hear from you!We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director, Business Intelligence to lead our BI and Data Warehousing function for a product vertical. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision that leverages data to improve decision-making, optimize operations, and drive business growth.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead BI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Prioritize insights and initiatives for maximum impact on business outcomes.

Build & Manage a High-Performing BI/DW Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of BI and Data Warehouse professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Design, Build & Launch Data Models & Pipelines: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust data models and pipelines to support business reporting and analytics needs.

Manage SLAs, Dashboards & Data Visualizations: Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for BI services. Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Drive Actionable Insights & Recommendations: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Champion Data Governance & Self-Service Analytics: Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and compliance. Promote self-service analytics capabilities to empower users to access and analyze data independently.Experience & Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience (if you don't have 10 years, but possess the outlined skills and knowledge, we still encourage you to apply)

Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing leadership.

Proven track record of building and leading high-performing BI teams.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data management best practices.

Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

Experience with PowerBI and data visualization techniques.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.The salary range for remote US-based pplicants for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.

$150,000 - $196,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.We value each of our employee's total wellness.
