Broadcast Technician - NBC Philadelphia

We are looking for a Broadcast Technician to join the Technology team in Philadelphia PA, supporting WCAU NBC 10. As a Broadcast Technician, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting broadcast technology and users within our mission critical, media production environment. If you love a challenge, enjoy working with people, and want to make a positive impact while being a part of a high performing team working at the leading edge of media technology, you could be the perfect match for our team.Job Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of field, newsgathering, and media production systems, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.Support of remote sites including microwave, remote camera, and transmitter plants.Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.Provide efficient and effective technical support, incident response, and customer communication, ensuring appropriate utilization of NBCU service delivery platforms.Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.All other duties as assigned.
