Attorney/Lawyer

Description The Real Estate and Finance Department of a leading firm is seeking an attorney with five plus years of experience in real estate and commercial finance law to work in one of the most exciting, active and diverse real estate and finance practices in the region.The position is for our Philadelphia office. Applicants should have experience representing sellers and buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings. Experience with CMBS loans a plus.Candidates should possess the following:Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Be proactive and self-starting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback and to work well with staff and leadership An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, manage workflow priorities and meet deadlines.Be a team player – be collaborative and work with a spirit of camaraderie.Outstanding attention to accuracy and detail, and commitment to work product that is thorough, complete and excellent.Admitted to PA Bar or will take Bar exam promptly after starting.
