Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Hematology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. Applicants must have an M.D and/or Ph.D or equivalent degree. Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative or independent research of high quality with distinctive, original, and expert intellectual contributions. Research in immunothromboinflammatory disorders in microfluidic and murine systems are required. The successful candidate will be expected to secure independent research grant support, usually from federal organizations, in addition to support from participation in collaborative grants. Mentorship of graduate students or postdoctoral fellows, while not required, should be of high quality. We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense.
