Job Title: Aseptic Manufacturing Technician IIJob DescriptionThe Aseptic Manufacturing Technician II will be responsible for various tasks, such as cleaning, sanitization, preparation, and fulfilling products for commercial and clinical use. To excel in this role, it is strongly desired that the candidate has a background in cell culture, aseptic gowning and qualification, and ISO class 5 cleanroom operations.Hard Skills

Biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations

Cell culture

Associated downstream processing

Pharmaceutical manufacturing

Upstream manufacturing including cell culture and cell processing

Roller bottles

Mammalian cell culture

Maintaining and expanding multiple cell lines both adherent and suspension

Downstream manufacturing including purification

AKTA chromatography

Aseptic processing in cleanroom environments

GMP experience
