Global Intake Planning & Delivery (GIPD), Global Infrastructure & OperationsRole Summary/Key Objectives:The Agile Product Manager (APM) owns all aspects of their technical products leading business value creation and managing overall product health. The APM applies specialized product knowledge and expertise to understand business and technology objectives, communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritize and translate needs into requirements to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved.Duties include, but are not limited to:

Working with multiple Scrum/Kanban teams.

Understanding and managing team capacity & optimizing performance, building trusted relationships

Understanding dependencies & broad knowledge of product/service offerings

Continuous status reporting, developing, and producing actionable insights including KPI’s, scorecards and ongoing daily/monthly reports, working with Community of Practice to review trends and needs for additional services

Identifying and engaging necessary stakeholders, technology, and expertise to drive alignment within projects or programs

Being a passionate advocate, with the ability to identify, champion customer needs, and improve with agile principles in mind

Coaching the engineering team on agile methodologies as it applies to their team structure

Specific areas of responsibility are:

Manages capacity and work for two Scrum/Kanban Access Management Productteams. Responsible for communicating vision, goals and business value. Prepares, executes and incorporates feedback from customers.

Change Agent - ability to analyze processes and determine improvements by suggesting optimization of workflows within

Backlog Grooming - In charge of backlog management, looking for value – adding additional user stories based on project/sponsor need and assessing the prioritization of existing work to ensure there is proper sequencing,

Build and maintain relationships with other teams in the wider IT organization

Qualifications:

Access Management Experience is recommended.

Strong Jira experience is recommended including creating structures and dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in the IT sector

1+ years of experience in Product Management

Excellent communicator - written and verbal
