This executive leader anticipates client needs and delivers to exceed the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to maximize revenue and profitability. The Account Executive builds and sustains high-performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but keep employees engaged and thriving. In conjunction with the Work Dynamics leadership team, the Account Executive understands the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into business opportunities. This is the top leadership role on the account.This role can be located in any major U.S. City in the Eastern Time Zone (with some preference to Raleigh, NC).
