Junior Business System Analyst

We are looking for

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
• Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, poised, high energy.
• Genuine interest in business and find problem-solving exhilarating.
• Should it be open for hire by the client after 18 months.
• Candidates who have done 6 months of internship after undergrad would be given preference.

• Junior BSA The Business Analyst (BA) is a team member who translates product or business requirements into functional/non-functional requirements for the development team(s).
• They ensure their requirements convey how the result will delight customers, and what business problem or need they are solving.
• The Business Systems Analyst role will also be required to support testing and production releases as well.
• This may include weekend and off-hours support.
• Before being onboard with the Client, candidates will go through an intense one-month course that will cover the following topics.
• Understanding the US HealthCare System.
• Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Waterfall/Agile.
• Data Warehouse Concepts.
• Business Analysis.
• Data Analysis.
• Database design.
• Fundamentals of ETL.
• Fundamentals of SQL.
• Mapping data from source to target.
• Excel functions/charts/pivot tables After successful completion of the course, candidates will start working with the Client where they will be mentored by a senior BSA and will experience on-the-job learning.
