Full Time Hours = Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Part Time Hours = Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Our interdisciplinary team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team. The teacher will provide academic instruction aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive educational experience. This role is based in our clinic and focuses on delivering high-quality academic services to children as an alternative placement under the IDEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver academic instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs, to ensure a holistic approach to student progress.
Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with IDEA and IEP requirements.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
Degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working with children with special needs.
Strong understanding of educational strategies for children with developmental and learning differences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in special education.
