Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and eager to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering staffing orders from clients using our proprietary software
- Conducting internet searches to find qualified candidates for open positions
- Handling a multiple-line phone system to communicate with clients and candidates
- Confirming candidate placements with clients
- Learning and adapting to new business processes and technologies
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or students finishing their undergraduate studies
- Great communication skills and personable demeanor
- Excellent phone conversational skills
- Basic computer literacy and internet search skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Leadership qualities, attention to detail, and determination
