This entry-level role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while providing customers with accurate and timely information about accounts, products, rates, and services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommends additional related parts or accessories based on customer needs.
Routinely handles and lifts items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Maintains inventory accuracy by verifying shipments, organizing parts in designated inventory locations, assisting with cycle counts, addressing inventory discrepancies, and escalating issues to the Supervisor.
Ensures timely and accurate processing of in-store orders, including communicating with customers regarding pick-up or delivery statuses.
Contributes to the professional appearance of the showroom by assisting with merchandise displays and maintaining an appealing environment.
