Garden State Diesel, the premier Diesel Fuel Injection and Turbocharger specialist in the tri-state area, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our parts department in Moorestown.

If you have a knack for sales and enjoy helping customers find exactly what they need, you will thrive in this fast-paced and professional environment. This full-time position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth sales processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales and inventory operations:

Customer Engagement: Expertly handle walk-in and telephone sales, accurately determining customer needs for parts and providing solutions.

Sales & Service: Generate sales through superb customer service, up-selling, and building lasting relationships.

Inventory Management: Maintain the customer database, manage inventory levels, and handle ordering and receiving parts.

Operational Support: Provide technicians with necessary work orders and follow up with customers regarding core returns and processing credits.

Administrative Duties: Process transactions and complete various assignments as directed by management.

Skills & Qualifications Needed

We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and essential sales skills:

Customer Focus: Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with customers is a must. You should be professional, friendly, and eager to assist.

Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to identify opportunities and comfortably up-sell related products.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse customers and team members.

Organization: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
