We are currently recruiting for a part time position that is based in the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Daily you will be helping a diverse group of individuals find their perfect fit in post mastectomy products. With your excellent communication and listening skills, customer centric philosophy, attention to detail, independent thinking, empathetic understanding, and knowledge of our business, you will be responsible for fitting clients to enhance their self-esteem and get back to fully living their lives. To be successful in this role you MUST have a need to help others.
Your day might include:
Measuring and fitting clients with care and professionalism.
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and forms.
Organizing and maintaining the mastectomy inventory.
Inputting information and documentation into electronic billing system.
Attending events to help educate patients in need.
Marketing and building relationships with referring physicians, support groups, and nurses
Completing all other retail duties that are assigned to you.
You need to:
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Have meticulous attention to detail.
Possess a caring and professional demeanor.
Be a team player who is positive, independent and loves working with the public.
Engage in continuing education to improve knowledge on best practices and industry
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer functions.
