Description:

Circle Valve Tech is looking for bright and dependable Customer Service Specialist at our office in Harleysville, PA. Qualified candidates will have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills, an aptitude with web based applications and possess effective time management skills. A high level of dependability and strong attention and focus to detail will be required to ensure the team’s maximum efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

-Assists customers in the selection of product by effectively communicating product offerings over the phone and through email

-Audit and process orders for completeness, communicate discrepancies

-Identify and resolve customer problems promptly and accurately

-Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish goals and identify problems

-Performs data entry and data quality functions

Requirements:

-Candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8am & 5pm, Monday-Friday

-Be highly motivated with the ability to work independently

-Possess an eagerness to learn our products

-Possess strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills a must

-Strong attention and focus to detail

-Ability to analyze and resolve problems and arrive at logical solutions efficiently

-Good data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft products

-Aptitude with Internet browsers Edge, Firefox, Chrome and other web-based applications

-Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve the position's issues

-Will take strong initiative with calls and helping customers

Experience:

Prior customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills; both oral and written

Strong listening/comprehension skills

Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred

Professional in appearance, attitude and action
