Customer Sales and Service Representative:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and responding to requests about orders and shipping status.
Must have 3 plus years of experience dealing with online customers, receive phone and emails, taking phone orders, managing inventory, list products on our website. Manage products, create products and support shipping personnel.
People living near the location (Bristol, Lavittown) will be given preferene.
