Customer Service Representative

Arrow Pool Service is a family run business located in Norristown, PA. that has been operating since 1968. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, type proposals, collect customer payments, support field technicians and perform other administrative tasks as needed. This is a full-time position and the hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional Saturdays required during the busy season. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Service industry experience is a plus but not required.
