Job Title: Professional Cleaner
Employment Type: Part-time or Full
Compensation: Starting part-time at $20 per hour. We provide cost-of-living/inflation raises to all long-term employees every year.
BENEFITS: We offer a 401(k) plan for both part-time and full-time employees, and full-time employees are eligible for a QSHERA Health Benefit.

We are also in the process of developing a transportation plan for employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for employees with some basic, but VERY important qualifications: are you trustworthy and honest, are you reliable, able to work independently as well as on a team, and are you willing to learn to clean our clients’ homes the “Tranquillitas Way”?
Though we prefer experienced cleaners, we are happy to train individuals who are eager to learn and develop the skills valued by our clients.
Service industry experience is a plus. Essential qualifications include stamina, good physical health, a positive attitude and great energy. A keen sense of space and a genuine enjoyment of cleaning while striving to make an immediate difference and impact in each space is important.
Please be aware that many of our residential clients have pets (cats, dogs, and birds), so if you have allergies to pet dander, please take this into consideration.
REQUIREMENTS: Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and references are required. A valid driver’s license is preferred, along with reliable transportation of your own. And as noted, we are currently developing a new transportation plan to accommodate employees who do not have their own vehicles.
