You will assume the duties of clerical & administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues & executives by supporting them with planning & distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all inquiries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls & redirect them when necessary.
Manage daily, weekly, monthly agenda & arrange new meetings & appointments on the calendar.
Follow up with BOL.
T-Sheets - tracking time for employees & projects.
Security passes for employees
Book equipment/trucks for upcoming projects.
Abilities & Skills needed:
Strong written & oral communication skills
Organizational skill & attention to detail
Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal & ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
Requirements:
Proven Admin or assistant expectance with at least 5 years in similar field
Knowledge of office management & procedures
Excellent time management
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multitask& able to work under pressure.
Use discretion & judgement.
Anticipate needs.
Emotional intelligence & flexibility
Hours: Monday-Friday 1pm - 5pm (Potential for position to go F/T)
