Job Title: Field Operations & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Person)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Field Operations & Compliance Coordinator to help manage property violation clearance and serve as the communication link between our construction team and office staff. This role is critical to ensuring our projects remain in compliance with city regulations and that all necessary corrective actions are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage property violations issued by the City of Philadelphia.
Coordinate with construction crews to ensure timely corrective work is completed.
Serve as the point of contact between field operations and office management.
Communicate with city departments (L&I, inspectors, etc.) to resolve and clear violations.
Maintain detailed documentation of all violation statuses, resolutions, and communications.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Familiarity with Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I) is a plus.
Experience in construction, property management, or permitting preferred.
Must be based in or able to regularly commute to Philadelphia, PA.
